Charlotte Street Films and Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference partnered to host screenings of the award winning documentary, The House I Live In, which documents the failed war on drugs. The House I Live in was screened to over 400 faith communities and high schools in 70 cities throughout the country the weekend before, and of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Executive Producer Danny Glover and John Legend joined the filmmaker and other distinguished guest at the screenings at Ebenzer Baptist Church in Atlanta as well as Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC.
Jamye Wooten interviews Eugene Jarecki, director of The House I Live In, at Ballou High School for the national high school screening of the film.
